Geopolymer injections

Long-lasting solutions based on an integrated system of modern procedures and materials, designed to stabilise and level soil and building structures by injecting high-density polymer resins.

Strengthening buildings and soil with polymer injections

Without interrupting the use of the building, the load-bearing capacity of its foundations and floor slab is increased and, where necessary, they are lifted back to level 0. The ability of the foundations and floor to absorb dynamic loads, such as vibrations, is also improved.

Soil strengthening depends on the soil properties and the intended use. Soil consolidation (bonding) is a scientifically proven method in which, depending on the soil composition, low-viscosity acrylic gels based on foaming or non-foaming urethane or silicate resins, with high penetration properties and an adjustable reaction time, can be used.

Soil stabilisation

Soil stabilisation

Used where additional soil stabilisation is required during construction work next to existing buildings, or on new builds where replacing the soil is technically difficult.

Self-drilling geopolymer-based micropiles

Used to strengthen building structures and eliminate emergency conditions where structures must be stabilised quickly using micropiles. The advantage of geopolymer-based micropiles over conventional micropiles lies in the reaction time: mechanical strength develops immediately and is higher than that of any injectable cement mix. In addition, when injecting geopolymer-based resins, the reaction time and flowability of the material can be adjusted.

Void and cavity filling

In infrastructure such as piers, dams, embankments, canal banks, roads, railways and loading/unloading platforms, voids and cavities form in the deeper soil layers over time under the influence of various external factors. These areas are filled with a high-density two-component geopolymer resin that expands during the chemical reaction between the two components, effectively filling the cavities while compacting the surrounding soil. As a result, even the smallest microcracks are filled and the load-bearing capacity of the soil is increased.

FillFoam - fire-safe injection technology

An effective fire-safe and explosion-proof technology for filling underground voids, increasing soil load-bearing capacity, dealing with the consequences of utility pipe bursts and decommissioning utility lines. Used where no movement (lifting) of the ground level or building structures is permitted.
