How is polyurea applied?
Surface preparation
We clean, grind and remove dust from the surface to ensure maximum adhesion.
Priming
We apply a special primer that prepares the substrate.
Spraying
Using special high-pressure equipment, we spray the polyurea coating evenly. It immediately follows the contours of the surface.
Protective top coat (optional)
If the surface will be exposed to direct sunlight (UV radiation), we apply an additional protective coat to preserve the colour of the material in the long term.

The material's outstanding tensile strength and elongation prevent the formation of dangerous fragments, significantly improving personnel survivability at tactical sites. Full-scale blast tests (carried out in the USA - AFRL 2000 and EMRTC 2005) confirm its ability to withstand extreme shock waves (up to 227 kg ANFO / 100 kg TNT equivalent). This coating allows the required safety distance from the blast source to be reduced by 50%.
Fire safety
The material is engineered not to sustain a flame.
